We also provide Cooking Timers in all our Roasting cuts of Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken and Turkeys etc as a guide. The Pop-Up Timer senses the internal temperature of meat and poultry to 81*C eliminating guesswork and ensuring a perfectly cooked, medium to well-done product each and every time. If you require your roast on the pink side, please ignore the timer. The Pop-Up Timer works in conventional, convection and microwave ovens.
